Food and wine are part of my soul.
I think it's one of the best pleasures we have as human beings.. I'm a trained chef from schools in Italy to Sonoma, California. After training, I taught creative cooking classes. and in 2005, I started an organic wine company, originally as a way to share something I loved but it grew into more: FreeSpirit Wine.
I will make sure the food you experience is uberfulss and of the highest quality. It will be focused on healthy ingredients but also taste great-I promise you, you don’t have to sacrifice incredible taste to eat healthy.
I will take you to some of the BEST multi-generational restaurants where preparing mouthwatering local cuisine isn't just a job but a passion...these are the places you won't find on Yelp, and their specialties go WAY beyond fondue!
And of course, when it comes to wine, we can get as crazy as you like! From malolactic fermentation to just simply "how does it make you feel?" It would be an honor to share my love of food and wine with you.
Free Spirit Wine
I created FreeSpirit Wine with a simple Intention. To Share. I wanted to give something to my friends, family, and others along the way, that was an amazing healthy product created from the Heart.
Well, as the heart grew with Love, the vision got bigger and expanded to a brand focused on conscious creation and stellar wines…welcome to FreeSpirit Wine!
Spiritual teacher and devoted yogi Step Sinatra created FreeSpirit Wine; a label focused on conscious creation and stellar wines. The boutique brand produces 7 different varietals from 3 different regions in California. All of the wines are sustainably farmed or contain organically grown grapes. Step also blesses the wine himself and adds a few other interesting aspects to the process; stuff that “raises the vibration” as Step says.
Get ready to breathe, taste, and maybe chant a few Ohms!
